This is a decent pre workout product. It got me going but I was yawning between sets in the gym. Not a good sign. I have taken different Supps as far as pre workout go and I wasn't impressed. Usually I would try to finish the batch and then move on but I couldn't this time. I really need a push in the mornings to get me going and this wasn't doing it hard enough nor lasting as long as I would like it to. The crash after the gym was not good because I still have to put in 8 hrs at the J. If your a morning person, this might be for you, but if your allergic to waking up before 7am to hit the gym you might want to try something else.

This product does what it advertises and that is helping your with your body working exercises.

BE AWARE not to take this for anything other than lifting/body building! Do NOT take this before playing sports. This stuff will numb your muscles and you will not perform well.

I took this product before playing tennis matches for couple weeks. And noticed during matches I would lose the touch/feel/control by a great margin. Going from only a couple of double faults and serving 60% first serves(110+mphs) in a normal match, I would have 20 doubles faults and 5% first serves when taking this product.

I have used black powder for about two years now and continue to come back to it. I excels at giving you that extra energy needed for intense workouts. Other products do this by making you feel as if you did an illegal drug that starts with a C. I prefer black powder that gives you energy without the gitters, as five hour energy claims. I also find that black powder helps my recovery. I work out five days a week in a intense manner, and also take taekwando three times a week. So overall I suggest this product if you are serious about working out! As for people that say that blackpowder is outdated, why would you change what works!!!
